Welcome to the Garbolino winter festival 2015. This year we have 80 anglers fishing for five days fishing for mainly silver fish, the rules are simple, everything counts accept carp, well the larger species, F1’s, Crucians, brown gold fish all count!
The guys are going to have their work cut out as the weather forecast is dreadful for the week, strong winds and horizontal showers are predicted but it’s not dampened their spirits, well for the first day at least! The festival works on section points so if you win your section you will get 8 points, second section 7 points and so on, all the anglers can drop their worst result and if there is a tie it will go to weight so the angler with the most points at the end of the festival will be the champion.
