White Acres Daiwa Match Winner 2006.
Monday the 4th of September saw the start of the 2006 White Acres Daiwa Match winner fishing festival. Seventy-two anglers took to the banks of Twin Oaks, Acorn and Canal for the fourth annual festival.The festival, formally in June, is taking place in September this year with the intention of seeing some better weights and improved fishing as in previous years spawning has hampered the matches.
This festival is aimed at less experienced match anglers and more for club anglers, therefore hoping to give everyone a chance of picking up some money over the four days and also giving festival new comers some experience with the possibility of progressing to our bigger Spring and Autumn festivals.
