170 anglers took part in the 2004 White Acres Dynamite festival and with poor weather conditions the start of the festival was tough! On day 4 and 5 the weather picked up producing better weights making the festival a close run competition with really any one in the top 10 having a chance of victory.
On day 5 Richie Hull after leading on day 4 had the festival win in his hands but with poor day only achieving 6th place in his section with a weight of 15lb 2oz from peg 21 on Twin Oaks lead to him dropping to 6th place overall with 35 points and a weight of 256lb 7oz. |

This led the way for Mike Jones who had fished consistent all week and with 4 section wins, 36 points and a weight of 264lb 3oz overall he won the festival. Phil Ringer clinched 2nd just 1 point behind Mike with a good result 3 firsts and 2 seconds making overall 35 points with a weight of 274lb 4oz.
The Biggest match weight over the festival was Richie Hull with 137lb 15 oz from Peg 20 Pollawyn. The Mystery Weight winner was Danny Grimsey with 91lb and the biggest fish caught in the festival was 18lb 8oz caught by John Hesselwood.
