Karl’s Catch Report – 16th May 2017

Fishing Information call 01726 862519

Hi Everyone

Karl’s Catch Report May 16 2017
image-6406
Not a lot to report this week. The Carp have slowed right up at the moment as they seem to be pairing up ready for spawning. There has been the odd fish out from both Pats and Nelsons to just over 20 lbs and most anglers I spoke to have been catching on essential cell wafters or pop up presentations.

Karl’s Catch Report May 16 2017
image-6407
There has been a few cats out to 60 plus Dave Robinson has banked a few this week with the biggest a fish know as bent whisker @ 64lb which is a new PB for him. Dave Robinson tempted his big cat from peg 7 on luncheon meat well done dave!

Steve Gage also got among the cats a couple of weeks ago and sent me this pic of his best which pulled the scales round to 65lb. Well done Steve nice fish.

That’s all folks

tight lines karl
