Welcome to the White Acres Preston Innovations Festival 2014. We have 180 anglers taking part this week and all the anglers have had to qualify to fish this via one of our spring festivals or through one of our weekly resident matches we run throughout the year.

This festival leads to our Parkdean Masters on Saturday where the winner takes away £25,000. At the end of the next 5 days the top 24 anglers out of the 180 fishing will go on to fish the one day winner takes all match. The lakes we are using this week are Pollawyn, Twin Oaks/Trelawney, Trewaters/Acorn/Canal, Porth and Bolingey.

The arrival weekend of the festival was met with thunder storms and heavy rain but everyone seemed very relaxed and ready to get started at the morning draw.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank Preston Innovations for sponsoring the festival.
