|Can we earn an income from our holiday home?||We have an excellent managed letting system in operation. We deal with all aspects of letting on your behalf, however should you wish to let privately you are free to do so.|
|How much are the holiday homes?||Our holiday homes generally range from £14,995 and we sell all makes and models of New Holiday Homes up to 38 ft long x 12 ft wide with central heating and double glazing. Prices will reflect the various models available.|
|What are the annual running costs?||As one of our valued owners apart from the initial outlay there are annual running costs. These costs include Site Fees, Insurance, Rates and Annual Gas/ Electrical safety tests. Gas and electricity are charged at local utility board costs.|
|Is buying a holiday home a good investment?||A holiday home is an investment in your leisure time and as such is not viewed as a financial investment. Modern holiday homes are suitable for leisure breaks and extended holidays only and cannot be used for residential purposes.|
|Do we have to find our own finance?||We have an association with BLACK HORSE FINANCE (part of Lloyds TSB group) and are happy to provide you with very competitive quotes on request. We also offer a low deposit scheme.|
|Does our holiday home come with a warranty?||All new holiday homes come with a manufacturers warranty of 12 months.|
