To qualify for the Winners Week Festival anglers must have won a White Acres residents match over the course of this year. This give them the chance come back to fish for the £1000 first place prize, £600 second place and £400 third place prizes, all sponsored by Parkdean Resorts.
The first day has been a very blustery day due to the remnants of ex-hurricane Ophelia hitting us but after today things are looking up with more settled weather.
In first place on peg 31, was Andrew Fantom with 51lb 10oz catching carp on the short pole. Liam Coombley took second place from peg 16 with a weight of 48lb 14oz fishing the margin with maggots and in third place was Ryan McKinley weighing in with 45lb 8oz.

Day one on Twin oaks was Brett Nicholas from peg 26 with a weight of 73lb 14oz, Brett caught carp on the feeder with worm. Second on the day was Jake Nightingale from peg 14 with 65lb 6oz catching carp on the short pole and third on the day was Andy Turner from peg 8 with 63lb 08oz.

Day two on Trelawney and in first place Darren Oliver from peg 31 with 60lb 12oz, Darren caught on the method feeder and pole with meat, second on the lake was John Worthington from peg 27 with 29lb 12oz, fishing shallow at 4 metres with pellet, and third on the lake was Richard Tomlinson fishing from peg 10 weighing in with 27lb 3oz using the method feeder and pole at 4 metres.
